While babybliss has been THE children’s boutique for chic mommies in DFW and beyond, it’s time to welcome a new addition to the family. Say hello to its sister store, miniMe. They are located side by side in Snider Plaza. While babybliss will continue to be the store to find all that’s new and hip and cool in the baby world, miniMe will grow with the family offering trendy and adorable finds for toddlers. In both stores, there is a TEA shop, not of the Earl Grey kind, rather the cutest, durable, and stylish garb label for the wee ones. Although, upon my recent visit, I was going ga-ga for these sweet tea sets complete with hand-painted cups, saucers, and stirring spoons served up in mini picnic baskets. miniMe delivers up other unique toys, books, bedding and furniture. Both stores are very child-friendly and stroller-friendly. And SURPRISE! They’re open seven days a week. If you haven’t been yet, you’re due for a visit.

Here are some suggestions:

Dwell Storage Bins comes in two sizes and different classic Dwell patterns - $80 (large) $45 (small)

This is the Oeuf Toy Store in Walnut (comes in birch too) - $496. The reason why we love it is because of the removable dividers in the bin to customize the bin to the items that go in there. It isn't too tall or gets too top heavy...items are disperse evenly with this creative design by Oeuf. (We have the Walnut on display at the Dallas store)

Are you always scrambling last minute to find a sitter? Do you feel overwhelmed about the entire recruiting, interviewing, criminal screening process? Life is too busy.......and now we have a program that can make it much easier, in just one evening.

A Sitter Soiree is a program where parents and sitters meet with each other in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Each Sitter Soiree begins with the pre-screened, qualified sitters from our registry introducing themselves and describing their experience and availability. These are professional Nannies or sitters that have passed our thorough interview process and are available as after school Nannies, Summer Nannies, temporary sitters or simply part time Nannies.

The parents can then spend time interviewing the 10+ potential candidates. The sitters and parents will have a chance to mingle over light snacks and beverages. At the end of the Soiree, the family will receive a book with contact information, profiles, photo, and references of all the sitters.
